Overview
ContractAnalyzerPro is committed to protecting your privacy. We built this service with a privacy-first approach: your contracts are never stored on our servers. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
What We Collect
When you use ContractAnalyzerPro, we collect only what is necessary to provide the service. For anonymous users, we set a single cookie to track your free analysis count. If you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials via Google OAuth or email magic link. For paid subscribers, payment information is processed securely through Stripe - we never see or store your credit card number.
Contract Data
This is the most important part of our privacy policy. Your uploaded contracts are processed entirely in memory for the duration of the analysis. The contract text is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis and is subject to Anthropic's data handling policies. Once the analysis is complete, the contract content is immediately discarded from our servers. We do not log, save, index, or share any portion of your contract content. There is no database of user contracts. Period.
Cookies and Tracking
We use a minimal first-party cookie to track the number of free analyses for anonymous users. If you sign in, authentication session cookies are managed by Supabase. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics trackers that follow you across the web.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Anthropic (Claude AI) - processes contract text for analysis
- Supabase - handles user authentication and account data
- Stripe - processes subscription payments securely
- Vercel - hosts the application infrastructure
Data Retention
Contract data is retained for zero seconds after analysis completes. Account data (email, usage count) is retained for as long as your account is active. Payment records are retained by Stripe in accordance with financial regulations. If you delete your account, all associated data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Since contracts are never stored, there is nothing to delete on that front. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
